Wisdom Therapies was established in 2005 to provide counselling & psychotherapy as well as a range of related services.

I am a qualified counsellor, psychology graduate and an Accredited Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKRCP registered).

In addition to my private practice I worked as a volunteer counsellor at Buckinghamshire MIND - Dove Centre from 2004 until its closure in 2010.

The core ethos of my work is Person Centred, following the principles of respect for the individual, honesty, empathy and non-judgementalism. I do, however, draw from all schools of counselling, psychology and psychotherapy in my philosophy and practice, this is often called an Integrative approach.

I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and have 22 years experience of working in public sector housing, specialising in Housing Advice, Welfare Rights Law, Debt Advice, Social Inclusion and Supported Housing.
